For just $30 million you too can visit outer space. Texan computer game developer Richard Garriott paid that lofty fee to Russia’s Federal Space Agency for a chance to blast off aboard a Soyuz rocket in October. The son of former NASA astronaut Owen Garriott, the younger Garriott became the first American second-generation space traveler when he took a 10-day vacation to the International Space Station.

Spotted at Atlanta International Airport, these Best Buy Express vending machines offer a wide variety of electronics for travelers, including digital cameras and headphones. The most interesting thing to us over here at OT? The inclusion of a DS system, as well as a number of games. This particular machine featured the likes of Guitar Hero: On Tour, Mario Kart DS, Brain Age 2, and LEGO Batman.
Interesting idea…hope it works out for them.
Catching up…

This might be true for many of you also, but this week is HELL week. Catching up on everything I have put off during the holidays, including various commitments for work, and other sundry deadlines.
As a result, my update schedule this week will be a little fruity. Expect comics, but maybe only a couple this week, and expect shows, though not necessarily all of them.
